2. Individual Consultation
I will reply to you via email and we will clarify all the details:
- Desired technique (colored pencil, graphite pencil, watercolor)
- Size (e.g., A5 or A4, fixed prices see price list)
- Reference photos (Tip: Send 2–3 high-resolution images for best results!)
- Extras (e.g., background or accessories, which will be charged additionally)

3. Invoice
You will receive an invoice from me with:
- The fixed prices for your chosen size
- Additional costs for extras (if desired)

4. Payment & Waiting List
The invoice will be paid via bank transfer to my bank account.
Once the payment has been received, I will add you to the waiting list.
Current waiting time: approx. 4–6 weeks (depending on workload)

5. Execution & Delivery
When your order is due, I will start with the sketch, which I will send to you for approval.
After completion, I will send you your portrait again for approval.
After that, it will be sent insured via drop-off in a sturdy cardboard box.
Shipping is included in the price.

For a good portrait, the photo should be:
- high-resolution. The sharper, the better.
- taken in natural light. So avoid flash or harsh shadows and use natural daylight.
- taken from a frontal view or slightly from the side. Both eyes should be clearly visible. If you want a completely side-profile portrait, make sure one eye is clear and not covered by, for example, an ear.
